The UEO Kailani DSV 4601 was built in 2035 and has been receiving technological updates and system updates over the last few years. It has undergone many test to make sure it is fit for duty. The top UEO and Civilian Scientists have approved her for launch and we are now awaiting crew.
After the Macronesian faction began to fall apart in 2036 and the United Earth Oceans Organization began to pick up the Pieces. Beginning with rebuilding Australia and helping its citizens regain the trust of the rest of the world. In mid 2036 the UEO Commissioned the SeaQuest-Mark II's second shell to be built and retrofitted to accommodate new technologies and a new reactor core to create the UEO Kailani, the SeaQuest's sister ship. As the Kailani approaches completion a new Pirate faction has arose in the Indian Ocean territory and has looted a construction facility building a new prototype Deep Submergence Vehicle.
They were successful in their loot. Gaining not only the vessel but billions of dollars worth of UEO supplies and resources. They high tailed it out of the area before the SeaQuest could intervene. Now the Role of the UEO is to make sure those supplies and resources do not get into the wrong hands and to make sure the Prototype vessel is either destroyed or returned to the hands of the UEO.
As always the Kailani's primary function and role will be that of exploration colonization and making sure the Sea is safe for traveling and exploration.
We are a proud member of the Band of Brothers

On behalf of the UEO Kailani and her crew I would like to welcome you aboard, Civilian or Naval you are always welcome here.
Captain Jason Hearnes
Commanding Officer
UEO Kailani
DSV-4601

You may have noticed a link to the USS Madrid. She is one of our Allied ships and the commanding officer is a member of our crew. There is also a link to the Kai on their page. Take a look at the Madrid if you have not already!
